On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of them with a large balcony and a main bathroom with an Italian shower.
Due to its distribution, it is a very cool house in summer (facing Southeast). All rooms have windows, therefore, a house with lots of natural lighting and views of the garden.
On the side of the house there is a private barbecue area with a pergola and in the back, we find a patio where we can hang clothes.
Functional and minimalist furniture. Terrace equipped with outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy meals outdoors.
It is one of the houses closest to the sea where you can hear the waves from the terrace. A few meters from the pool.
Air-conditioned house. For the colder months, it has electric air conditioning and a pellet stove.

For those coming from France by the La Jonquera border post, or for those coming from Barcelona, they must take the AP-7 motorway to exit 5 (L'Escala-Empúries). Once out of the toll, turn left towards La Escala on the GI-623 road. Continue straight until La Escala. At the first roundabout, where the tourist office is located, take the third exit towards San Martín de Ampurias. Follow this road GIP-6307 to the entrance of the village.

Zeer comfortabele villa, dichtbij het strand en in een rustige omgeving. Alles was heel netjes, met alle comfort voor een zorgeloze vakantie.
Per a mi és un luxe poder utilitzar aquesta casa. Tens tot el que cal per passar uns dies de comoditat, tranquilitat i desconnexió. L'staff fantàstic ja que fan tot el que calgui perque la teva estada sigui immillorable. La casa té tot el necessari, està rn perfecte estat i la neteja és superior. La ubicació immillorable. Hi tornaré cada estiu i entremig quan pugui.
On a passé un très bon moment comme d’habitude. La seule chose qui manque à notre avis est qu’il manquent des planchets dans la salle de bains pour qu’on y peut mettre ses gel douche, shampoing etc. Tout les gens de Villas Coll sont très aimables !
Une maison parfaite pour notre petite famille sportive, nous avons adorée son espace pour notre matériel de windsurf, proche de la plage...
