The accommodation is delivered clean and revised - Extra cleaning service during your stay (extra fees).
Wifi:
A free wifi ticket per person, valid for the entire stay.
Pets:
Dogs are allowed at Villas Empuries 1,2 and 5 (the ones with private garden) and at the apartments La Palmera 11 and 12, - upon previous request. Cats are not allowed.
Parking:
Private parking or garage according to rented accommodation, free service - Except in the "Can Quim" apartments and "Del Mig" apartments (public parking).
Taxi:
Taxi service (Extra fees) - Transfer Villas Coll - Airports / Train Station (Extra fees).
Babysitting:
Babysitting service in the accommodation (Extra fees).
Outside area:
With terrace and / or garden according to rented accommodation - Except in the Studio Can Quim and the Apartment Can Quim.

Shared for all accommodations. Solarium area, sunloungers, outdoor showers and dressing room.
Private pool in the "Villas Empúries", "Can Met Mosso" and "Casa de l'Hort".
Leisure area:
Ping-pong table next to the pool. Playground.

What the reservation includes...
-The rental price includes the use of the reserved accommodation and the common facilities.
-The rental price includes water, electricity and gas.
-The rental price includes bed linen (sheets, covers, blankets and pillows). We also put cloth tablecloths for the tables, towel mats for the shower, kitchen towels, covers for the decorative pillows and a cloth protector for the sofa.
-The rental price includes a roll of toilet paper for each toilet / bathroom and a garbage bag for each trash can / bucket.
-The rental price includes a welcome cleaning kit with a scrourer, a clean cloth, a spare garbage bag and 30ml. of detergent for washing dishes by hand. If the accommodation has a dishwasher, we also provide a tablet of detergent for the dishwasher.
-The rental price includes a welcome kit with: 20ml. of virgin olive oil, doses of salt, doses of pepper, doses of coffee powder, doses of milk cream, some tea infusion bags, some mint infusion bags, doses of sweetener and some cookies.
-The rental price includes two bags of pellets valued at €20.00, only in those accommodations that have a pellet stove (in the cold season).
-The rental price does NOT include shower towels or beach or pool towels. At the end of the reservation process, the customer has the option of adding shower towels to the price of the reservation. Beach/pool towels must be brought by the customer.
-The rental price includes the tourist tax of €1.10 per person per night.
-The rental price includes 10% VAT.

All the accommodations have Air Conditioning system (cold air in summer/ warm air in winter). Depending on the season, we put a heater in the bathroom.
Bedrooms:
The reservation includes sheets, pillows and blankets (when it's cold).
Outdoor Furnitures:
Outdoor dining room: table + chairs. Sunbeds in the gardens and in the pool area.
