Lots of natural light in every room, good thermal insulation for both cold and heat, with views over the garden and pool. High quality finishes, bathroom design Microciment, white and sandy colors, including functional furniture and comfortable. One of our homes very sought. Just 20 m. from the pool and a few meters from the beach.

By car:
For those coming from France by the La Jonquera border post, or for those coming from Barcelona, they must take the AP-7 motorway to exit 5 (L'Escala-Empúries). Once out of the toll, turn left towards La Escala on the GI-623 road. Continue straight until La Escala. At the first roundabout, where the tourist office is located, take the third exit towards San Martín de Ampurias. Follow this road GIP-6307 to the entrance of the village.
For those arriving by Girona, take the NII national road, going north (France), to Orriols, where is the exit of La Escala. Continue straight on to La Escala. 30% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €200 is due.

Upon arrival, a deposit of €200.00 is requested (credit card pre-authorization) which is canceled after departure (see our General Conditions).
Upon arrival you will be ask to pay the tourist tax (city tax) of €2,00 per person (+ 16 years) and per night (7 nights maximum).**the value of the tourist tax is subject to possible modifications according to the law in force at the time of your arrival.

Un séjour dépaysant !
Deux jours en famille en bord de mer... la maison est très agréable, confortable. La proximité immédiate de la plage et de la promenade est vraiment un plus. Un bon accueil des propriétaires, très disponibles. Nous reviendrons sans doute !

Wie jedes Jahr hatten wir eine unglaublich schöne Woche an diesem traumhaften Ort. Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt, sehr familienfreundlich und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Lage ist Top, direkt am Meer und fußläufig kann man die nächste Stadt erreichen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und kümmern sich wenn es ein Problem gibt. Immer wieder gerne, verbringen wir unseren Urlaub in den Villas Coll.
Montserrat 2
Super villa plein pied, très confortable et propre, belles décorations, belle exposition au soleil. On se sent en sécurité et bien aimé par Mélanie, Josep et sa mère, une ambiance chaleureuse. On est déjà venu plusieurs fois en plusieurs villas et appartements de Villas Coll et c'est toujours une fête. Le petit village compte 4 restaurants tous accessibles à pied en 5 minutes, comme la plage. Les merveilleuses fouilles gréco-romains sont juste à coté et on n'est pas loin d'autres villages catalans et du réserve Aiguamolls où on peut faire des bons balades. On s'est régalés !
séjour août 2019
super séjour d’une semaine où les enfants ont été ravis tout comme nous. environnement super, jeux pour les enfants super et le tout bien sécurisé (pas d’acces à la route) et surtout notons la gentillesse et l’amabilite de mélanie qui se plie en 4. bref à recommander ...!!! c’était le deuxième séjour auprès de villas coll
