For those coming from France by the La Jonquera border post, or for those coming from Barcelona , they must take the AP-7 motorway to exit 5 (L'Escala-Empúries). Once out of the toll, turn left towards La Escala on the GI-623 road. Continue straight until La Escala. At the first roundabout, where the tourist office is located, take the third exit towards San Martín de Ampurias. Follow this road GIP-6307 to the entrance of the village.
For those arriving by Girona , take the NII national road, going north (France), to Orriols, where is the exit of La Escala.
