La Molsa , our Studio Boutique located at street level, for a maximum of two people. Central location, in the heart of L'Escala and just 200 meters from the town beach. This Loft-type Studio, at two heights, stands out for its spaciousness and exquisite industrial-style decoration.

Walls of stone, iron, leather, wood and the color black as the protagonist, achieve an aesthetic balance between functionality, warmth and beauty, offering a very pleasant open space.

With its 50m2, completely renovated and carefully designed, La Molsa is divided into two different areas. On the one hand, a large double room with an en suite bathroom.The other part is made up of the well-equipped kitchen and the dining-living room area with direct access to the street. It also has a work area with Wi-Fi connection.

Access to the Studio already makes a difference; We have restored the imposing original wooden door, with its large windows, in order to appreciate its natural color, which has served to inspire us when decorating the accommodation.

Upon entering we find the living-dining area, open to the modern kitchen with black lacquered furniture and wooden worktop. It is combined with a hydraulic tile floor. The iconic piece in the living room is the Chester sofa, with upholstery that imitates aged leather.Also noteworthy are the wooden ceiling fan (reminiscent of a ship's propeller) or the concrete pendant lamps, thus reinforcing the industrial character of the set.

A small staircase leads us to the desk area, with an oak table and aged leather stools. Large wooden panels separate this space from the double bedroom, which in turn, communicates with the private bathroom through iron and glass panels. The bathroom has a pleasant Italian shower where you can relax, high-quality finishes and warmth, closet area with oak doors and touches of natural and black stone, which in general predominate in this environment.

Thanks to its various windows, natural light bathes the entire accommodation during the day.At night, we can indulge ourselves by playing with a wide variety of wall lights and LED spots, thus creating an infinite number of possible combinations and environments, all to our delight.

We complete this exceptional apartment with a 40 ”Smart TV, Wi-Fi fiber connection, silent air conditioning (hot and cold) and good insulation to enjoy this accommodation at any time of the year.

From La Molsa we can access the terrace located on the roof of the building. Relaxation space, to have a drink or to dine as a couple. It has outdoor furniture and sofa area. It is complemented by a barbecue. Terrace to be enjoyed both day and night.
